That it is the same pot it came in from the grower doesn't mean it's the ideal size. I'll wait till I see new roots forming on the new growths and then follow your advice and change it into a smaller pot, with the old bulbs "up against the wall".

That's bizarre (or perhaps not. I don't have experience with catts so perhaps it is normal). If I'm able to get mine to bloom again (I bought it in bloom), I'll watch how they flower.
