After seeing this thread, I bought myself this orchid today at my local orchid show. Orchids are worst than drugs.

I would try that, but I need to wait til it gets warmer to have one shipped. Unless some one at the Amherst Orchid show happens to have one I can purchase

I can vouch for the fact that they're darn near indestructible, mine was one of my first orchids that wasnt a grocery store phal, got it back when all I was good at was killing orchids, it took a lot of abuse and pulled through like a champ!

Default Bloom: February 2016

I discovered eight buds and two just opened its petals this morning. I will start self pollination tomorrow and hopefully I get more pods this time.
