C. gaskelliana var S/A Pincelada??

I'll let you guys be the judge. This orchid was purchased at the Redlands in 2011, along with another C. gaskelliana. This one was just C. Gaskelliana, with no other info. the other was C. gaskeliana x C. Gaskelliana S/A. the cross bloomed standard color, and yet this on not only came out S/A, it also has the flares on the tips of the petals and sepals.

Every think looks OK to me.. bloomed in june, shape and form look right. But doing google searches, I cannot find any C. gaskellianas in the Pincelada form.

Is it right?

btw, both orchids were purchased from the same vender... maybe a mix-up?

I'd say it was a mix-up... but stuff happens. That is a RIDICULOUSLY BEAUTIFUL FLOWER!!!!!!!

Nice flower, but it looks like a hybrid to me.

Very beautiful. Looks like it should have a nice fragrance.
