Prosthechea cochleata alba
P. cochleata is an easy plant to handle and so does its alba form, but due to my carelessness, only one flower on this spike.

I love the alba form! I, too, love these - and you're right, they seem very easy to grow. I'll have to keep my eye out for an alba now....
