Beautiful! I love that orange color. It sounds like it may be a sequential bloomer. I have a few that bloom sequentially and the nice thing is that they can have blooms on them for many months. I think you have a winner there.

Thanks everyone for your kind words! I will post the second seedlings blooms for sure. I really like mini catts. They stay small, become specimen size pretty fast, and they can bloom multiple times a year. Thanks again!

Gorgeous colors. I was at SVO earlier today, and I saw a cross of Mango Spice and another - this progeny had a lot of the characteristics of the Mango parent - lots of yellow and red flushes. Stunning!

Thanks! I hope I can visit SVO someday! How far away is it from San Diego? I think I am going to San Diego this summer. Could you tell me what orchid nurseries are near by? I know Andy's is about 30 minutes away. I'm planning on visiting there. I would love to visit as many nurseries as possible while I am there. Thanks again!

SVO is just 45min from Downtown San Diego; Andy's is even nearer. I think these are the 2 more reputable growers in the vicinity. I haven't been to Andy's yet - next trip!

Thanks! My Mom and I are going to San Diego in June and we are going to visit as many orchid nurseries as possible.

Wonderful color! I have an Slc had two flowers and somehow I managed to knock both off while it was in full flower. Bless its heart, it soon put out a new bud which is open and a new bud on a new spike with a visible bud in the sheath. I 'think" it is Lava burst but I've had it so long, the tag migrated somewhere....lol
