The cross of California Apricot and Jerry's Red has not been registered, so of course the further cross with Free Spirit has not been registered either. The best you can do for a name is a formula similar to what you have above.
I'd recommend (Slc. California Apricot x Slc. Jerry's Red) x Pot. Free Spirit 'Laina'. This shows the original registration of each plant, and your plant is itself a Potinara (Pot.). You really need to put the Slc. with each name, not just ahead of the parenthesis. 'Laina' is a clonal name so it must be in single quotes. You could add AM/AOC, HCC/AOS after 'Laina' if you want to give full credit for awards to that plant.
If you know that your society prefers current hybrid genus names over the old fashioned Slc. and Pot. then it would become (C. California Apricot x Ctt. Jerry's Red) x Rth. Free Spirit 'Laina' AM/AOC, HCC/AOS. Then your plant is a Rhyncattleanthe (Rth.).
