This clone dimensions are: petal tip to petal tip 4.7", petal width 0.4"; lip (longitudinal) 2", 1.6" across. This larger flower is found in a very small area in Minas Gerais State only. Some suggestions were made that it might be a new species, but experts agreed that it is in fact a large flowered B. perrinii.
