The title is totally true when it comes to Barkeria Marsh Melton (Bark. melanocaulon X Bark. whartoniana). Although the flowers are only about 1/2 inch tall, they are just adorable.

That is a beautiful flower. It looks delicate and fragile. Is it fragrant?

Dang dude, isn't cute and adorable enough? No it has no scent but considering that this plant has been in bloom for over three months thru the cold gloomy winter, I really don't mind at all.

How cute!! if you hadn't given the size I was imagining those blooms much much larger. And 3 months of blooming, that's fantastic!!
