Brassavola retusa Male
Default Brassavola retusa

A smaller Brazilian Brassavola blooming with 1 to 3 flowers per stem at the end of winter, unlike perrinii and nodosa, that bloom in August. I am not sure about the epithet though.

Susie, InspirChid, Blazing August, tuvoc, silken: Thank you.
I also have a weak spot for Brassavolas. This plant is growing on the mount for 15 -20 years now.
