Epidendrum peperomia
Most of us know this better as Epidendrum (or Neolehmannia) porpax, but it seems it's correctly known as Epidendrum peperomia.
I've had this just over a year and it's finally decided to flower, yay!
More pictures and discussion of this taxonomic change (and bigger pictures) at Orchids on a Balcony: Epidendrum porpax - or is it?

Thanks guys
Yes, it's pretty compact and well suited to windowsill culture, space-wise - that's precisely where I grow mine.

It's such a cute little species! I don't have one, but have seen some for sale at shows. The plant itself is really nice looking, they look nice cushions when they ramble out of their pots. I really should get one!
