Because record keeping in orchid breeding is never easy, the same Bob Betts x Bow Bells cross was also registered again in 1990 as Mothers Favourite. Some times this cross is listed as Jose Marti 'Mothers Favourite' although this would not be correct. The first registration of a cross is the one that is supposed to end up being the correct one so this should just be Cattleya Jose Marti.
C. Jose Marti is available by some orchid establishments so it widens the possibility of getting one of the great, classic white Cattleyas.
