Here is the full plant.
3 yrs old and 2nd flowering
!6" tall from top of pot.

These tend to be very straggly plants so stake all new growth to make upright growth.
All the usual conditions for cattleyas then apply.

Yay! This has been a tremendous help! Now I can know when to start expecting blooms on mine. Just an afterthought, if you want it to be less scraggily, you can put it into higher light, which will make the plant grow more compact. Obviously it happy as is, though.

Just a thought Cody. if you bought it at Clouds, they do say approximately how long it will take their different size seedlings etc. to bloom.

Yeah, I guess your right. And I think they slightly overestimate Tue time, so it blooms before you think its supposed to.

I am hoping they post the longer end of things as I too have a number of their seedlings! I can't imagine waiting 30 months or more for a small seedling, but time does fly by when your not orchid gazing :)
