I completely didn't answer what you asked lol. No idea why, probably my meds. Anyhoo, the plants are large and healthy and were delivered, according to the dates, very quickly. They are very well wrapped up but no heat packs were used - I would have liked a couple at this time of year though.

Thanks! That's good to know. I think the reason heat packs weren't used is that up until 3-4 days ago it was still quite warm around here (warmer than the UK I heard), and the temperature drop came rather suddenly...
