Default laelia mixta in spike after neglect...now what?

I wasn't going to keep it since it hasn't bloomed reliably for the past few years.

So it got neglected. Not watered for the past few weeks, left outside in the cold. I recently brought it in when it was going to be cold and rainy outside.

When I was going to get rid of it, two flower spikes...

The leaves look a little dried out...so should I start watering it again or leave it dry???
