C. Mari's Magic

C. Mari's Magic is (C. Mari's Song x C. Tokyo Magic), a cross registered by H & R in 2000. I purchased this plant from Rob, Little Frog Farms in July 2010. This is the first time the plant has flowered for me. The ns of the flowers is 3 inches. There is a slight fragrance.

For new grower's like me: This is a splash-petal orchid, where all three petals resemble the lip. The technical term for this trait is pelorism, and the flowers are called peloric. (Had to look this up --
