I Grow under T5 lights i got two per shelf this year. But you should be fine growing catts under these! Im sure you know that already based on whats already posted. But Even one T5 Bloomed my B.little Stars last year so they are really strong Imo

The t5s came as a set up for plants, with a reflector and full spectrum,( I think 6500) so I would say they were the high output variety.

Hate to pop your bubble but my Little Stars bloomed under T8s for years, it doesn't require high light and isn't a good example of what Cattleya blooms under T5s.
