Cattleya schilleriana var. alba
Since last year, we have heard in Brazil about the existence of this plant, resulting from a cross made in AWZ. This year, the flowering was confirmed and now we can hope to see selfs available soon.
This is the first shilleriana alba described.
Aleksandro Zaslawski and Wladyslaw Zaslawski, congrats for the amazing work!

Wow! Not just alba, but very good shape & lip.
Does the plant take an extra year longer until blooming than the type form?

That's a very rare white version.
I've never heard of this sold or grown in my country.

Pheli, this shilleriana is the first one related on the history!
Catwalk, i dont know about that.
Just know that this is the second flowering, which was expected to confirm the variety.
I hope it's true alba, so the selfs, will generate alba descendents. Otherwise, only with meristem.
The photo was published yesterday and I believe that soon we will have more about this plant. There's so much i want know about it! =)
