Default Strauss Orchids order

My order from Strauss Orchids eventually arrived after much saving! I was very much relieved that it got here after the delivery appeared to be stuck Cologne.

Back left:- L. Tenebrosa 'Aurea', Cattleya trianaei alba Aranka Germaske FCC/AOS
Front from the left:- Cattleya percivaliana alba var. Sonia de Urbano AM/SVCN CBM/SOEM, Cattleya percivaliana Karin x Self, Cattleya rex var. 'Wiracocha'.

Delighted with the order although one catt had a nasty burn from something - not a heat pack as there wasn't one in there that, so far, I have found.

I REALLY hope so for the price of them! LMAO I couldn't believe the length of the box as the boxes that arrive here are generally rectangular and not four feet long! lol

Some very nice looking plants!
And wonderful choices
I have a division as well of the C. percivaliana var. alba 'Sonia de Urbano' AM/AOS. This is my favorite species and I have about a half dozen different cultivars (ahem...or maybe more lol)
I had the awesome fortune of seeing this cultivar in bloom when I visited a Florida grower earlier this year.
I said, "Please may I have a division"

As a winter spectacular bloomer I am hoping for a flower in January. The bare root division took well and I have two growths with one sheath

You will just jump the fence when you see the blooms as well!
And from the looks of it, we may be jumping on both sides of the pond this winter

LMAO!!! Thank you. I wasn't sure about getting it but that feeling quickly passed lol. I am very much looking forward to seeing that one flower as I am with the Aranka Germaske. Talking of the latter, when I saw it for sale from one US site it was $1,000. I paid 50 Euros for mine.
