Thanks to all the information and support here, I have the first Catt bloom that I can attribute to my own culture. It's Lc Caitlin Joan and she is two parts Laelia pumila and one part Bow Bells.

She decided to open the day I was leaving on vacation and I took this photo when I returned and she was past her prime

She bloomed this past January too and didn't read the website that said she is a summer only bloomer.
