L. Rubin is a primary laelia hybrid. The parents are L. purpurata and L. sincorana. But I do not know which clone of both parents.

the color is great, and the shape is fine, i think on the second and third blooming it will gain some strength and make a stouter flower....it looks fine for a first blooming tho, not to worry! good growing!
