I talked to the backyard grower who gave me the plant. The plant is a mericlone that he obtained from Kodama Orchid Nursery in Waianae, Hawaii. I talked to the owner of the nursery and learned that the plant was cloned several years ago. The seedlings from flask were very difficult to grow. Those plants that survived bloomed very nice and were quickly purchased by growers. They do not have any more of theses plants at the nursery.

SK ---- it's around 9 years since the previous batch of posts. You could post some pics of your orchid, and also describe the growing conditions - media type, temperature ranges, lighting levels and duration, humidity etc.
