Default Epi. prismatocarpum

I like this specie. The light green flowers with dark maroon bars are quite attractive. The plant is easy to grow. The plant can be grown into a nice specimen plant with time. In my case, I have been cutting my plant up to make more divisions. This plant throws its inflorescence straight up and presents its flowers well.

Hey Mel,
Great pics, as usual! How big is this one? I would love to add this to my collection, but I have a feeling its kind of big?

Beautiful!

Though easy to grow? I know I killed off a back division I got in trade rather quickly. Though I generally stick to mini's, I was bummed about losing that one.

So now it got reclassified as Epidendrum?? Mine is still labelled as encyclia. This is indeed their blooming time. Mine also gave me a beautiful spike.
