I have a division of this species and potted it up in s/h. No activity yet with roots and it's been three weeks...

Very nice. I have a nice plant that I got from H & R last year. The recent growth that it made in it's four inch pot is very vigorous but there is no sheath. Does this plant usually sheath before blooming?
