Gorgeous, one of my favourites.
I still think of them as Laelia, however I think they are currently classed as Cattleya by the RHS... yet more renaming

Beautiful bloom !!! I love purpuratas !!! Someday I'll get one of each variety again. Are they laelias, sophronitis or cattleyas ?? This nomenclature changes are not fun

Currently they are Cattleya's. For sure the name Laelia is incorrect (as they are not related to the central American Laelia's). However you call them most people will know what you're talking about and that is the important part.
