It will twist 180' and this is why you dont want to move your plants around too much when they are opening and maturing blooms.. I want all these 4 blooms to be straight equal and even so its very imortant that when I do move it I put it back in exactly the same spot until all the blooms have opened matured, oriented themselves and hardened
