Wow, that is one stunning Encyclia! Most Encyclias are some shade of brown, yellow and white, but the color on your plant is more like a Sophronitis! Great growing!

It's gorgeous! What are the min/max temperatures in the cool end of your greenhouse where it grows, both in winter and summer?
