thank you both very much this is great info!! Well I took a look at the 'lead psuedobulb' (which in the first pic is second from right) and it is noticeably much better than the others.

I only started the soaking them for 10-15 mins each day, 2 days ago. Before that was one heavy spray per day in the mornings and one heavy spray of fertilizer per week. And before that when it was in a pot, it was completely neglected! (I received a bunch of orchids from someone who was migrating...)

Even though the lead pbulb isn't as shrunken, I'm going to still try to do a 10-15 min soak a couple times per week as suggested to make sure. Will add more pics if there is any improvement!
