Do not be lazy just change your tags from BLC to RLC

That's not a very polite way to respond to a post. Let's keep things friendly.

I would have to agree with got ants. I'll never understand this round of name changing. Guarianthe or Cattleya in the case of skinneri? Sorry, it will always be a Catt to me.

Just a bit of clarification. Brassavola dibyana, which is the 'Braso' in all of the big, ruffled lip hybrids, was reclassified to Rhyncolaelia, many years ago. It was decided, at the time, that the Braso prefix would remain in the then existing hybrids. It has nothing to do with the renaming frenzy that we are going through now. This is one of the few changes I agree with, but then, I'm one of those stubborn old fogies, I guess.

"a rose is a rose is a rose and by any other name smells as sweet"...i prefer to keep my tags as is, i grew up with the old names, and i hesitate to retag my entire gh just because some professor wannabe's renamed my pals....chances are it will go full circle and the old names will be revisited....in time....just my opinion....

I don't change the tag on mine unless it's going for a show or judging of some sort.
This orchid is stunning, no matter what the tag says
Oh yeah...one more thing...
