That lip is typiocal of a broughtonia hybrid, so while you will likely never know the name, it is very likely a cattleytonia.

I agree. I just bought a cattleytonia, and the guy who sold it to me was doing his own breeding. He crossed 2 different cattleytonias.

my Cattleytonia is named "marquise rose", (going to riflower in a couple weeks) and is quite the same yours, i will post, to comparate, last flowering.

Potinara are another good one. I have limited space, so I only want plants that flower well. I've lost patience with the once a year for 3 weeks kind of bloom.
