Default Nageliella angustifolia blooms

Both plant and blooms of this Mexican species are tiny. But the details on the succulent foliage and vibrantly colored flowers are worth grabbing a jewellers loupe to appreciate them.

Nageliella angustifolia is a synonym, the correct name for this plant is Domingoa gemma.

Interesting. Thanks for the correction. May I ask for a source that can be cited for the correction, please?

World Checklist of Selected Plant Families: Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

If you go to the above site and type in your plant's name you will get the info up.

Domingoa gemma would be technically correct, but does not indicate which variety of the species you have. Domingoa angustifolia is probably a better way to label it. (it's listed as a heterotypic synonym of Domingoa gemma, which means that it's a recognized variety of the species.)
