A friend of mine bought a compot of cattleyas (do not know which yet). How and when do we repot these? She claims there is about 25 plants in the pot. thanks

if the plants have roots 2-3 inches long and so are the leaves, you can pot em up separately in 2" pots of fine media....the littler ones you can pot together in another compot....gl
