Let's hear it guys, what are your favorite cattleyas and close relatives that have long lasting blooms? One of my current favorites is Cattleya Arid Acres, coming in at around 7-8 weeks.

Lc. Tropical Pointer 'Cheetah', I'd say. Easy to grow and the blooms last a good while...

C. amethystoglossa, without a doubt, especially once a plant gets large and starts to put out multiple growths per year.

Cattleya Quinquecolor 'Proflic' I have several large divisions off the original plant and each has a mind of its own. They seldom bloom at the same time. But needless to say, the blooms last a very long time and each division blooms several times a year.

I couldn't find that one on the internet. What does it look like? I'm going to an orchid show on Saturday, so I want to go with my eyes open.
