Default Epidendrum escobarianum

Photographed at Ecuagenera's main (cooler-growing) nursery in Gualaceo, Ecuador (near Cuenca).
Probably my favorite Epidendrum. Beautiful foliage, even when it's not in bloom, and great blooms!

If I'm not mistaken, the Epidendrum complex is one of the groups with over 1,000 species, ranging from little mosslike jobs to six-foot plus monsters.
