Congrats on #100!
It could be the time of day as it has been said already or it's just not old enough. I have read that some plants need a little age before they scent. I also agree with getting a good amt of light .. I have my catts in a western window where they get the afternoon sun until it sets. I set my catts out one day to water and feed them and my Apple Blossom never scented so strong or so long as the days after I had it out in the bright direct sun.
Here is my little story -
I, too have an Lc Irene's Song 'Montclair'
which was a 'bagged' orchid that I bought.
I didn't knowing it's condition until I opened it up only to
find a little whimper of a plant on the brink of death.
After some much needed TLC, my then little corpse of an Lc is now a strong growing seedling.
I must wait patiently for the day in which it blooms ah but that day will be a great one!
