Cattleya percivaliana
its pinkish blue, or something like that. development from bud to flower only took 2-3 weeks. Very fast I reckon.

Percivaliana is one of my favorites. That's a pretty one. Congratulations. Mine is not in bloom yet although it usually blooms in December.

Hey guys thanks!! Hi Gin, long time no see.
Anyhow, I really fell in love with this species years back when I first joined OB. So I got one and finally I have a bloom.
I grow it in my apartment on an east facing windows in S/H. Its a thirsty plant.
It does have a faint smell, of what I don't know. Its very subtle. It could be I am smelling it at the wrong time of the day.

Absolutely gorgeous Tin
It might not be a bad idea about the subtle scent. I hear the aroma isn't that pleasant anyways, Odd for such a stunning orchid.

I had heard that as well. I am thankful. Hehe, though foul smelling would have increased the coolness factor for me.
