Excuses are exactly what I'm looking for! I've been talking about the C. Chocolate Drop 'Kodama' for a few months now and after your gentle nudge in the right direction I have found it at St. Germain Orchids and plan on placing an order with them tomorrow. They will be at the Ft. Lauderdale show and I'm hoping they will let me pre-pay and bring it to the show for me. I think I prefer that to having them ship it. Have you had any experience with them or with plants shipping from other vendors?

I'm waiting on a delivery of Bulbos from Carolina Orchids and that will be my first experience. I'll let you know. I too, try to buy at the shows, for the price of postage I can usually get another orchid or two.

I'll give them a call tomorrow and if they can bring to the show I will go ahead and pay for it. If they only ship I will wait and see how your experience with Carolina Orchids goes and then decide what to do. They are the only place I can find it with the yellow throat which is why it's really hard to let it go. I am a woman OBSESSED!

I hope your package arrives safely with the Bulbos in tact.
