I think he actually quite likes them. He thinks I'm more than a little obsessed, but still quite likes the orchids

I guess you wouldn't have the greenhouse if he didn't like them! But maybe that was just a ploy to get the orchids out of the house? (That you happily refilled I suppose)

I, too, have one but it is also small. Just 1 pbulb, but it's currently blooming (opened up for me on Sunday...woohoo!). If I had the space, I would love to mount it like you've done yours, Camille. But alas...no space. (...at least not until I can build a greenhouse. May take me a while to convince my hubby that we really need to. )

The others in the 6" pot and basket...wow! I have something to look forward to if I can keep mine happy and thriving!

I strongly recommend that vendor! Beautiful, healthy and well established plants for a great price. Too bad shipping is so high to the UK.

beautiful, Camille! And everyone else's who posted their pix! I have seen these in Trader Joe's on a few occasions - had one in my cart once, but convinced myself I didn't "need" it ...
Might have to rethink that ...

To Gin and phalaephila, your Lava Burst are really beautiful! I didn't imagine that they could get quite so large. Mine's probably going to need a much larger mount in the future. How long did it take for it to grow to that size?
