Default Pot Dal's Moon x Sc Mem Ellen Littman

This one hasn't been registered yet. The plant is growing exceptionally well in perlite and peat moss. The flower has been out a few weeks and isn't at it's best but this is a first flowering so hopefully some improvement in shape and colour. Although I think it's beautiful just the shame. The health of this plant is part of the reason I am considering changing all my catt's to perlite based mix. It grows down to 35F or so.

Fantastic! I bought some really nice Catts with the idea I might make some crosses, but the greenhouse where I work is too warm to do very well with them. Live and learn...

What a cutie! Can you tell us more about the mix you are using, such as ratio's and how often you water?

Almost entirely perlite mix, small amount of ground peat moss mixed in but only a small amount. I water once a week to once a fortnight in winter and about twice a week in summer when it's really warm.

I also fertilise once a week.

Wow I would think you would have a hard time keeping a plant in it's pot with all the perlite!

Really cute one. I especially like the second pic, it almost looks like it's looking up at you with puppy dog eyes!
