The Digby I saw ..
Here is the digbyana that was in bloom at a Planting Fields' greenhouse I visited recently.
I was amazed at it's size.

I think the correct spell for the tag would be
Ryncholaelia digbyana
, 'Mrs Chase' and 'Frilly' are clonal names. It's a cross of two plants of the same species, so it is not a hybrid.
