Default Cattleya violacea and a few others

These are in bloom now. Spring is always wonderful because of the so many orchids that bloom in this season!

Always amazed by this species colors!

Seldom seen C. warneri with a brush stroke of darker coloration on the petals and sepals.

Laelia sincorana var. caerulea is now easily found. On the other hand, for some reason C. mendelii tipo, with petals and sepals lavender is not easy to find here in Brazil.

Cattleya schilleriana grown in sphagnum and a seedling of C. mossiae var. caerulea flowering for the first time

Cattleya kerrii, in serious danger of being lost, because it is endemic to a small area occupied by farms in Bahia, Brazil and C. mossiae semi-alba.

Oh my goodness! So many beauties, so little space. At least I can enjoy yours, Mauro.

As always, I am amazed by the quantity, quality and diversity of your collection. You do us all a huge favor by sharing so many perfect photos of beautiful flowers. Are there ANY Cattleya species you don't have?
