I earned this one as a small back piece, to see "if I could save it"; in less than two years it bloomed; look at the flower size in relation to my hand and on the size of the plant! Since the flower was already "detonated" by rain, I cut it off to preserve the plant.
Nice save, Frederico. The plant looks quite small to be producing a flower, so perhaps (like every other C. mossiae I've ever seen) it's a good indication that it will be quite a vigorous and hardy plant once it reaches adulthood. Congratulations on your bloom.
