Hi Steve .... yes this is a beautifull specie from my country and it has a special scent ... Here we have not so much cattleyas ... I think this is a beauty... first flower since I have the plant... I´m a little proud!!!!

very nice!i just got mine a couple of weeks ago hopefully it turns out as nice as ours! any tips on growing or anything i should know about that you may have come across with this one?

I grow it just under the recommended standard Cattleya condition, except for a little less light (but you have do take into account that luminosity is high here in my region).

ok thanks, that interesting with the light for all the stuff i read and heard it needs alot of bright light so you most be somewhere were you get alot. what type of potting material did you use? i used bark nuggets was told it works good!
