Thanks guys. This one has been in bloom/bud non-stop since early november. It keeps putting out new spikes one after the other. This one is the 4th spike in a row. It blooms out one spike. All the flowers open. They stay open for 3 weeks or so, then fall off. All the while the other spikes are growing / maturing. Then within a couple of days the next spike starts opening its own flowers. It wasn't so vigorous last year. Just one round of flowers. It must really like my little window.

Beautiful blooms. Could they have been thinking of us orchid hobbyists when they named it?
