I got this one from an OB member who had to part with his plants suddenly. It's my best cochleata.

I love the way the petals on this species curl up. I have a "Green Hornet" the is a cross with Pros cochleata as a parent. I was recently given a division of this species, but it has yet to bloom for me.

BTW, It is now correctly called Prosthechea cochleata.

I love these. I have one called 'Green Giant' which is meant to be larger than some. I'm yet to find out if I can grow and re-bloom it though.
