Blc. Lake Murray 'Mendenhall'
Flowers are a bit darker than this shot shows. The fragrance is deep and heavy.

Beautiful flowers!
I have a 2 year old seedling of this catt, how big does it need to be before it's mature enough to bloom?

I do love this flower! And I sure would like to see the real color? How big are the flowers? And are they fragrant?
I think I've got this catt as a seedling but I can't remember for sure. Isn't that awful?
Anyway, your flower is gorgeous!

Thanks for the comments!
Joann - I think my plant is maybe 4 years old. This is it's first flowering. You'll know you're getting close when it makes a sheath on the newest growth.
Debs - Don't know if I can capture the real color, since every monitor paints differently and mine isn't calibrated. blooms are very fragrant and about 4 inches across, but I expect they'll be larger on subsequent flowerings.
