Default Is this cattleya jenmanni 'alba

Hi Guys,
Here is an image of the flower of the said species and two plants were sold to me as c.jenmanni 'alba' lanora X self.
The plant is 14 years old bears blooms during March /July.
My question is if you self c.jenmanni 'alba' would the seedlings have any scent? because I am not sure of the scent as plant bloomed around three ago.

I have posted two images those were taken during different years.I would appreciate any answers.

I'm not sure of your question here, as I'm not sure that jenmanni has a stand alone scent I find it diffacult to answer this question. A selfing makes no difference to the scent as far as I know, others may no more on this.
