Default Epidendrum magnoliae from Andy's Orchids

This orchid was shipped in bud to my front door about a week ago. I really like having this orchid, because it is native to where I am from. I also bought the Mexican form. I think it has a sheath on it, but it is so small I can't tell if it is a sheath or a new leaf. It is very hard to photograph the small bloom. Andy's price for this plant was much more reasonable than anywhere else I could find one.

David.

Thank you so much!

The flowers measures less than an inch at length and width. The plant is a clump of about 5" by 5". Why are you interested in the size of this plant? I find it very intesting that some people meausre their flowers, but I have never known why. Let me know if you would like some more exact measurements!

Jeff,

Yes I will. I took some pictures today, but my camera's battery ran out before I could get it posted.

hehe - oh - just looks small, and I was curious as to just how small it is - I love the tiny plants!
