Default Cattleya aclandiae "Iguassus" Budding

this is one really fragrant plant..I've heard smells like an old cigar to it smell likesan expensive perfume..I'm the expensive perfume smeller type bec I paid for the plant. you can already smell the fragrance and it hasn't even opened up yet!!


one was already blooming in a basket. the flower is big and fragrant!! I like to watch them open up..its part of the fun ya know



Ill post it opened up and send you all a smellogram

I just heard yesterday that Palmer Orchids is going out of business. I have never been there but I do need to go and see just what they have to offer.

yes john picked this one out and I've been thru palmers a few times indeed _ caught !!!


got a really nice miltassia sheelob and a huge BL X LC from palmers and a bonus Deperle Paph V.album I spotted with 3 new fans

palmers 50% off yes..all the vandas are gone already ...some really big huge cattelayas and some BLC's...I need me a HOS tag now too heh...

its a 3 in plastic that I put inside a larger clay to hold it up..it was about to fall over..Small......I wouldn't say small as in miniature but its not really big either...kind of middlin...

Default bloom has opened and the whole room smells sooo good!!!!

only 1 bloom but it makes the whole small room its in smell really sweet ....I been sniffing all my plants today and I didnt notice before but even the miltassia sheelob I picked up smells good to me..

the purple lip is the deepest hue I think Ive seen on on orchid and I love purple..Try to get some better shots of it..Looks like a little angel with green spotted wings.I did buy it already budded. It is or was greenhouse grown...I dont see many all catt plants around much...I dont have any trouble with the LC, BLC, or BC'z and I guess we See now how I can do with this one...and thank you
