Default Need help please

I received this catt by mail 2 weeks ago. When it came, some of the leaves were already blackened and had fallen off!
I sprayed with physan 20 and then repotted in a new pot with new medium.
I was hoping with some TLC it would recover, and now I'm just stumped!
What do you think I should do next?

That looks pretty rough, poor baby! If at all possible, I'd send it back. If not and you still want to try and save it, take it out of the pot and making sure every tool is sterilized, cut away all the rot and see what's left.

If there is enough to save, dip it again or give it a soak in the Physan and pot in fresh potting mix. You might want to try a systemic product to halt and prevent the rot from coming back.

I wish you luck!!!
