I think Willowbrook is a clone of a victorian cattleya.
I havent had time to research the cattleya's background.
Anyway, it is a great cattleya, and should improve with age. The lip is very ruffly.
Update: actually I dont think it is THAT old. I now understand it was awarded in 1999!

When I checked about the award date you are correct. What I find odd about this is back in the early 80s around 1982 I did get a clone from Orchids by Hausermann. Then it was sold as Cattleya mossiae 'Willowbrook' FCC/AOS as well. I no longer have the plant though.
A few that I do have are :
Cattleya lueddemanniana 'Aurthur Chadwick' HCC-AM/AOS from Chadwick & Son Orchids
Cattleya Bob Betts 'The Virgin' FCC/AOS from Vera Cruz Orchids
Cattleya speciosisima (lueddemanniana) alba 'Snow Queen' FCC/AOS from Orchid Obseesion - the jury is still out on this one after seeing it bloom. I don't think it is an actual lueddemanniana due to flower shape and bloom habit.
